A sugary-sweet action-platformer through candyland!

When the birds attack candyland, adventure calls you! However - you'd rather stay home being miserable. When the mysterious Professor Bizzare gives you the Warp Rifle, which doubles as a teleporter and a gun, you are forced to go on a mission to save all of Candyland!

There are 3 different endings, a bad ending, a neutral ending and a true ending. Which one you get depends on how many villagers you save.

Use A and D to move left and right, and space to jump. You can hold S to fall faster. Use your cursor to aim the warp rifle and left click to fire it.

Congratulations!, you ranked 2nd in the jam and was awarded 'Best Graphics' for your game. Great stuff!. Thanks for your participation and hope to see you again next year!. :)

Hey, this looks all right. Couldn't start it very easily on Linux, though. I guess you have to use the terminal to give the "Trouble in Candyland" file execution permissions and start it through the terminal?

My peculiar storage setup prevents me from doing that, unfortunately. Please try and fix that. I was looking forward to this!

Hi Callum! I'm afraid I can't do anything about it for a couple of reasons. The main one is that I made this game using the Construct 2 engine. I uploaded the files as Construct 2 exported them and since I don't have a linux computer I am also unable to test them. Since this is a game jam entry I am also unable to upload new versions of the game for the time being :/
